Login

Use your EIT Solutions account to log in. If you don’t have one, talk to your EIT representative and they’ll help you out.

Submit a support ticket

You’ll find this under the tickets menu, where you can see all your current and past tickets.

Enter your support details

Describe what type of support you need, and how we can help. You can also provide screenshots or upload attachments to help us identify the issue.

Click the submit button

Shortly after you submit your request you’ll get a phone call to keep you updated. You can also follow the progress online as well.
